  • We will honour your jewellery for any repairs and manufacturing faults.  Does not apply to wear and tear

  • Yes, via Gilrose Finance.  As of right now, we don't offer Afterpay, but it's in the works. We understand that custom jewellery can be a significant investment, and we're open to discussing split payment options to suit your needs. Please contact us to discuss these payment alternatives and find the best solution for your budget.

  • Yes, we will need all of your flight information so that we can deliver your goods to the airport for your collection upon departure - please note, there is a $395 additional fee to do this.

  • Yes - let us know your requirements

  • Yes and no.  If your stones are from an heirloom piece, we can remove the stones from that jewellery and us it to create your new jewellery...  However, as we are dedicated to our standards of having ethically sourced stones, it would not be in our best practice to use a stone that has no history.

  • We can and have made all types of bespoke Jewellery to help celebrate peoples special moments.
